Action:
1) Restart Windows 95.
2) Open the 'Device Manager', and select the 'View devices by connection' radio button.

3) In the 'View devices by connection' list box, double-click 'Plug and Play BIOS', double-click the 'PCI bus' icon , select the hard drive controller icon that the CD-ROM drive is connected to, and click 'Properties'. (The hard drive controller 'Properties' dialog box appears.)
NOTE: If your CD-ROM drive is connected to an EIDE controller on the sound card, view the sound card properties by opening the 'Device Manager', selecting the 'View devices by type' radio button, double-clicking 'Sound, video and game controllers', and double-clicking on the appropriate sound card.
